Our Yorkshire client is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their organisation. Due to the continued development of the site they seek a high calibre senior manager to lead their Asset Management team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest specialist sites in the North. You will be reporting to the Engineering Director and be responsible for creating and driving maintenance strategies to meet plant requirements and standards. This role will be an integral part of the companies growth strategy.

As maintenance manager you will given the opportunity to make your mark on the business by introducing change and development with the department and receive huge support and development in return.

Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing are keen to speak to candidates with the following skills and experiences:

*Degree qualified or hold a HNC/HND in an engineering discipline
*Chartered Engineer status or working towards
*Experience of managing large, multi discipline teams in power, process or complex engineering environment
*Knowledge of Six Sigma with a background in Lean Manufacturing
*Must be Health and Safety focused preferably with NEBOSH or IOSH qualifications
